Registration for IWCN 2029 is not open yet.

This page will provide information about registration fees, registration categories, payment options, deadlines, cancellation conditions, and related participant information once the registration process has been finalized.

The final registration categories have not yet been confirmed. Based on previous IWCN editions, registration categories may include regular registration, student registration, early registration, regular registration, and on-site registration.

If IWCN 2029 is held together with a satellite workshop, combined registration options may also be offered.

Final categories and fees will be announced once confirmed by the organizing committee.

The final registration package has not yet been confirmed. Depending on the final program and venue arrangements, the registration fee may include access to scientific sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches, poster sessions, social events, or other conference-related activities.

A detailed list of what is included in the registration fee will be published once the registration process opens.

• Early-bird registration deadline: 2 April 2029
• Hotel room block deadline: 2 April 2029
• Registration deadline: 18 May 2029

The special conference rates at the partner hotels are available until 2 April 2029, subject to availability. After this date, participants will need to arrange accommodation independently.

Registration after 18 May 2029 will not be possible unless an additional on-site registration option is announced.

Payment options, invoice details, VAT information, and cancellation conditions will be published once the registration system has been confirmed.

Participants are advised not to make non-refundable travel arrangements before registration and venue details have been finalized.

Participants who require documentation for a visa application may request an invitation letter after registration details have been finalized.
