The official presentation guidelines for IWCN 2029 have not yet been finalized.

This page will provide information for authors of accepted contributions, including oral presentation formats, poster presentation requirements, technical instructions, upload procedures, and on-site presentation details once the program has been confirmed.

IWCN 2029 is expected to include oral presentations and poster presentations. The final presentation format for each accepted contribution will be determined by the organizing committee based on the review outcome and the structure of the conference program.

Contributed oral presentations are scheduled for a total time slot of 15 minutes.

Each oral presentation should be prepared as:

• 12 minutes for the scientific presentation
• 3 minutes for questions and discussion

Presenters are asked to keep strictly to the allocated presentation time in order to allow all sessions to run according to schedule. Session chairs may stop presentations that exceed the allotted time.

Oral presentations must be given in English. Slides should be prepared in a clear and readable format, preferably in PowerPoint or PDF. A widescreen slide format is recommended.

Presenters should include the title of the contribution, author names, affiliations, and the presenting author on the first slide. Slides should be designed for good readability, with sufficiently large text, clear figures, and concise explanations.

Presenters should arrive in the presentation room before the start of their session to allow time for technical checks. Further information on slide upload, use of personal laptops, available adapters, and room equipment will be provided closer to the conference.

Invited presentations may follow a different time format. The applicable presentation time will be indicated in the final programme.

Poster presenters are expected to prepare a clearly structured scientific poster in English.

Posters should be prepared in A0 landscape format, 118.9 × 84.1 cm. As a practical maximum size, posters should not exceed 120 cm in width and 90 cm in height. Portrait orientation may be accepted if required by the poster design, provided that the poster fits within the available poster board area.

Each poster should clearly display the title of the contribution, author names, affiliations, and contact information. The poster should be self-contained and should present the motivation, methods, main results, and conclusions in a concise and readable form.

Figures, graphs, tables, and equations should be designed for good readability from a normal viewing distance. Authors are encouraged to use a clear layout, sufficiently large font sizes, and high-resolution graphics.

Poster presenters are expected to bring a printed copy of their poster to the workshop. Poster boards and mounting materials will be provided at the venue. Presenters should mount their posters before the beginning of their assigned poster session and remove them after the session or at the end of the designated display period.

The detailed poster session schedule, poster numbers, mounting times, and venue-specific instructions will be published once the final program has been confirmed.

All presentations and posters should be prepared in English.

Technical information for presenters will be added once the conference rooms and presentation equipment have been confirmed.

Presenters are responsible for preparing their presentation or poster according to the final official guidelines.

Presenters should check the final program carefully and be present in their assigned session on time. Oral presenters should arrive before the start of their session to allow time for technical checks. Poster presenters should mount and remove their posters according to the schedule provided by the organizing committee.

The final presentation guidelines will be published after the review process and program planning have been completed.
